Association services, namely, promoting the interests of higher education faculty members, higher education graduate students, higher education undergraduate student assistants and other higher education staff members, namely, providing collective bargaining services by means of representing higher education faculty members, higher education graduate students, higher education undergraduate student assistants and other higher education staff members in labor relations matters; public advocacy to promote awareness of the need to fight against the corporatization of higher education, to improve working conditions for all higher education employees and to increase access to education for students; public advocacy to promote awareness of the need for racial, economic, immigrant, environmental and LBGTQI justice
