Providing counseling services in the fields of behavioral health, physical and mental rehabilitation, developmental disabilities, and residential services; providing counseling services in the field of home healthcare; providing counseling services in the field of family and youth services, namely, healthcare, substance abuse rehabilitation, end of life support, crisis intervention, domestic violence, child abuse, preventing student violence, suicide prevention, eating disorders and the availability of government entitlements
