Recycling services, namely, a pre-paid recycling program for the collection and disposal of universal waste materials including but not limited to batteries, fluorescent lamps, light bulbs, thermostats, thermometers, crushed glass, broken lamps, medical waste, spent lamps, including but not limited to compact fluorescent lamps, incandescent lamps, high intensity discharge lamps, shattershield lamps, biax lamps, circular lamps and flood lamps, electronic waste, including but not limited to monitors, central processing units, scrap, wires and keyboards, mercury debris including but not limited to crushed lamp filters and broken mercury devices
