EXERSAGE is a "hands-on" coaching technique developed by Pat Connolly; Exersage is a total body fitness program that considers the goals, abilities, facility access, and desire to improve physical performance of each individual; EXERSAGE uses personalized combination of coaching, periodization, stretching, and massaging techniques--including proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and cryo-therapy; EXERSAGE as modality must only be used by Certified EXERSAGE Personnel; Only Pat Connolly can certify EXERSAGE personnel
