Public advocacy, advertising and charitable services, namely, promoting awareness of issues affecting the Black community in the nature of civil rights, education, health, workforce, economic opportunity, community development and housing, immigration, criminal justice, diversity and inclusion issues; promoting public awareness of the interests of low-income and underserved individuals and families; promoting the interests of low-income and underserved individuals and families by means of public advocacy, coalition-building; developing programs that aim to improve the lives of low-income and underserved individuals and families by promoting their interests

Educational services, namely, providing education and training in the nature of providing classes, seminars, conferences, and workshops in the fields of social welfare, equal opportunity, equal rights, civil rights, cultural awareness, race relations, discrimination, community organizing, activism and outreach, diversity initiatives, education, volunteer activities, cultural events, education and community cultural activities, news and current events reporting, housing, healthcare, criminal justice, consumer finance, voting, money management, volunteer activities, personal improvement and daily living, and distribution of printed educational materials in connection therewith
