Educational services in the nature of providing courses, training, testing and workshops in the field of clinical research, product lifecycle management, medical education, and distributing course materials in connection therewith; training clinical trial site and study site personnel in the use of tests and rating systems for protocol requirements; training clinical trial site personnel in the use of medical and research equipment required by trial and study protocols; and educational services in the nature of arranging for conference and seminar speakers through a speakers' bureau

Product development and contract research services relating to public or private clinical trials or medical studies of pharmaceutical, pharmacogenomic, nutritional, biotechnical or medical products or devices; laboratory research testing in the fields of pharmacology, nutrition, biotechnology and medicine; conducting medical, scientific and data analysis research services for clinical trials or studies; development of clinical trial methodologies, protocol and project design, data retrieval methods, clinical data management and preparing statistical reports resulting from such clinical trials or studies; advisory services in the field of product development and research provided to physicians involved in the planning and preparation of lifecycle management activities for pharmaceutical, pharmacogenomic, biotechnical, nutritional, or medical products or devices; and technical consulting services in the nature of preparing and filing documents to comply with United States Food and Drug Administration requirements concerning clinical trials
