Educational services, namely, providing a web-based system and on-line portal for educational consultants, educators, school administrators and educational staff at the elementary, middle and high school levels to support partnership implementations and school development/improvement initiatives regarding professional development for school leadership and instructional staff and to review educational information, resources and materials related thereto; Educational services, namely, developing and planning curriculum for educators for purposes of school improvement; Educational assessment services, namely, school needs assessment; Educational testing and assessment services, namely, student achievement diagnostic and formative assessment tools; and providing educational programs and scholastic courses of instruction at the secondary and high school levels for those who have previously dropped out of high school
