Administration, management and servicing for others of their portfolios of real estate loan and related property maintenance fee receivables, periodic notification of debtors of their real estate loan and related property maintenance fees due for payment, posting debtors' loan and related property maintenance fee payments to their respective accounts, depositing debtors' payments in financial institutions, reporting debtors' payments to their respective creditors, such as lenders, real estate developers and/or property owners' associations, and remitting debtors' payments to their respective creditors; debtor-specific real estate loan and property maintenance fee information collection and reporting to owners of portfolios of real estate loan and related property maintenance fee receivables; receivables portfolio securitization services; debt recovery and collection services for others; customer service for others in the field of real estate loan and related property maintenance fee payment collection; and debtor locating services

Financial document custodial services for others in the nature of electronic and/or physical document storage; back-up servicing for creditors of their portfolios of real estate loan and related property maintenance fee receivables being serviced by others in the nature of storage of a duplicate of the records maintained by the persons primarily responsible for servicing the aforesaid portfolio so as to be able to take over said servicing in the event it becomes necessary to replace the persons who were primarily responsible for servicing the aforesaid portfolio

Back-up servicing for creditors of their portfolios of real estate loan and related property maintenance fee receivables being serviced by others in the nature of media duplication of data and digital information of the records maintained by the persons primarily responsible for servicing the aforesaid portfolio so as to be able to take over said servicing in the event it becomes necessary to replace the persons who were primarily responsible for servicing the aforesaid portfolio
