Providing information to pharmacies in the field of pharmacy claims reconciliation; Retail pharmacies, namely, pharmaceutical care services and prescription drug dispensing services to subscribers of managed health care plans offered by third party payors under negotiated contracts

Providing health care services in the form of medication therapy management to pharmacy patients; providing medication therapy recommendations to pharmacies and other health care providers; providing an interactive website that includes information on medication therapy management and pharmacy practice and an online communication portal that can serve as a resource for practicing pharmacists and pharmacy personnel
