Epa the green seal; is a spokesperson; presented as a mascot, cartoon character or animated image to be appearing in a series of ongoing educational public service announcements (VIA ALL MEDIA): Printed, internet, to include social media and television. Mainly used to educate and entertain the public about ways to care for the environment; to consist of daily tips on proper waste disposal and energy use advisories. (this approach is to appeal to the new generation starting from childhood to be involved with environment preservation)
