The operation of skilled nursing facilities; medical clinics for mature adults over the age of 50; dementia care facilities in the nature of providing medical treatment for those suffering from dementia; providing physical or mental rehabilitation facilities; inpatient and outpatient physical or mental rehabilitation services; the operation of hospices; and providing home healthcare and nursing care in homes
