ENGAGING THE SENSES FOUNDATION

Promoting awareness about awakening consciousness and mindfulness through poetry and the arts to promote equality, social justice, environmental awareness and compassion in local communities and around the world; Charitable services, namely, promoting public interest and awareness in the use of poetry and the arts as a portal to mindfulness, inspiration, connection and transformation; Promoting collaboration and the exchange of information and resources among literary organizations, art councils, universities, schools, cultural institutions, non-profit organizations, community-based organizations, poets, artists, musicians, writers, photographers, filmmakers, educators, students and community representatives to support poetry and the arts in order to effect lasting positive social change and awareness; Promoting public awareness of the need for supporting the arts and educational outreach to awaken greater compassion and promote a sense of efficacy concerning the environment, racial justice and equality, and the rights of women, Indigenous peoples and humanity; Promoting public awareness by means of public advocacy aimed at supporting and sustaining the ability to see, smell, taste, touch, hear and intuit our way to a consciously lived life; Providing public policy information and advocacy regarding the intersection of poetry, the arts, sciences, the environment and mindfulness; Charitable services, namely, organizing and developing projects that aim to engage the senses and awaken consciousness and mindfulness through poetry and the arts to promote equality, social justice, environmental awareness and compassion in local communities and around the world; Charitable services, namely, organizing and developing projects, collaborative partnerships, initiatives, films, narratives and educational outreach programs, facilitating communications between industry stakeholders and providing industry expertise and information to individuals and organizations that aim to support poetry and the arts in order to effect lasting positive social change and awareness; Charitable services to promote the poetry, films, arts and cultural events of others; Charitable services, namely, coordination of non-monetary contributions to charities and non-profits
