Business leadership and community trusteeship development for individuals age 50 and over; leadership program for individuals 50 years of age and older providing opportunities to gain knowledge about their community, provide opportunities to share professional experiences, skills and abilities so as to benefit others within the program; utilize information gained by reinvesting the individuals' skills in the community such as volunteering on boards, participating in community-sponsored and enrichment programs, and generate a spirit of volunteerism.
