Modular mobile hybrid power platforms comprised of photovoltaic panels; modular mobile hybrid power platforms comprised of energy storage batteries, generator management and control circuitry, AC and DC power converter circuitry, solar power charging circuitry, power panels, and recorded control software using a Human Machine Interface (HMI) for controlling the platform, all contained within rack mounted modules contained in cabinets or portable, rugged cases for use at remote sites or in other environments with unreliable power, such as natural disaster conditions
