Trademark will be used to protect artwork created by the above artist (Aidan Maniaci) from art theft online or in real life. Artwork created includes handcrafted digital pieces, typically of silly animals. Artwork will be printed onto stickers, t-shirts, buttons, and coasters and may be sold for profit. Trademark would also protect commissions from being stolen by anyone other than the individual who purchases the artwork as a commission. More products may become available as the brand expands. I hope to be able to open an online shop, but I want to protect my work. Trademark would also (hopefully!) protect the artist from slander, harassment, and/ or the creation of NFTs of the artist's novel designs. The artist currently uses the pseudonym "Sarn Elyren" to publish artwork
