Educational services, namely, providing internships and apprenticeships in the field of business; Educational placement and advisement services, namely, assisting students with educational placement in college and universities, completing the application process and advising throughout college and university studies, namely, assisting with course selections, monitoring completion of degree requirements, and collaborating with academic student advisors for the purposes of tracking students' academic status; career counseling; Educational services in the nature of organizing conferences, workshops, talks, networking events and related written materials with a primary focus on Black and African-American communities; Arranging and conducting special events for social entertainment purposes, namely, production of a series of events featuring networking opportunities for high school students, college students, and college alumni
