Post-secondary education transition program for young adults with physical, mental, and developmental challenges to continue their social and personal growth and education after secondary education through classes, seminars, conferences, and workshops and onsite at community locations providing experience-based practical learning opportunities; Educational services, namely, post-secondary educational instruction and training for adults with physical, mental, and developmental challenges to develop individual skills in the fields of computers, math, reading, money, budgeting, itineraries and scheduling, personal finance, bill paying, writing, science, cooking, wellness, health, nutrition, domestic tasks, basic market dynamics, and current political events, time and money management, leveraging current technologies to include Internet, smart phones, social media, and other software, local history and heritage; Education services, namely, preparation of young adults with physical, mental, and developmental challenges in fields of certification and concentration and for community college or technology school admission, financial aid registration, letter writing, and reference gathering through classes, seminars, conferences, and workshops and onsite at community locations providing experience-based practical learning opportunities; Educational services, namely, post-secondary vocational education and training for adults with physical, mental, and developmental challenges in the fields of work attendance, responsibility to employers and community, understanding local government, advocacy, basic civic duties, community service, task completion in the workplace and community settings, social interaction in the workplace and community, social and business networking, motor skill development, job and career discovery, appropriate workplace dress, changed routine tasks in the workplace and community, entrepreneurship, social etiquette, resume writing, interviewing, mock interviews, recognizing verbal and non-verbal social cues and social interaction, peer to peer relationship building, diversity and cultural awareness, accessing local arts and music venues and establishments, recognition and avoidance of safety hazards in the workplace and community, accessing emergency medical services, accessing community resources, understanding workplace order and hierarchy; Personal skill development, namely, conducting training for adults with physical, mental, and developmental challenges in the area of personal hygiene, toilet habits, eating, self-medication, mobility, utilization of public transit, development of personal transportation skills and licenses, dressing, communication, self-determination, self-motivation, confidence building, relationship building, personal development domestic cleaning tasks, domestic animal care and wellness, grocery purchases, and appropriate neighborhood relations and interactions to enhance their ability to live independently and participate in the community
