Providing employment training and vocational rehabilitation training, training and vocational guidance in the fields of job skills, life skills, and community integration skills for persons with developmental disabilities; career counseling services; providing vocational training for persons with developmental disabilities in the fields of janitorial, clerical, retail, food service, animal care, packaging and assembly work, and office work; educational services, namely, providing training in self help, domestic, vocational, recreational, social and community use skills for person with developmental, learning or emotional disabilities; educational services, namely, art instruction for persons with developmental, learning or emotional disabilities; art exhibitions; vocational services, namely, providing supported work programs for persons with developmental disabilities, consisting of assessment of skills, and on-the-job training and support; educational services, namely, providing courses of instruction at the primary and secondary school levels for youth with developmental delays, learning disabilities, emotional or behavior challenges, and health impairments; tutoring services in subjects taught at the primary and secondary school levels; educational services, namely, test preparation services; recreational services in the nature of providing activities, namely, after-school homework club, physical fitness classes, recreational activities in the nature of providing drama, music, art and athletic programs
