Legal services; legal services for low-income individuals, namely, providing information, counseling, advice, consultation, and representation in the field of law for eviction defense debt collection, employment, education, civic participation, welfare, homelessness, healthcare, landlord-tenant law, criminal law, immigration law, and juvenile law in Alameda County; Legal advisory and representation services of low-income entrepreneurs and nonprofits who seek to create cooperative, worker-owned and environmentally-sustainable enterprises.
