Counseling services, namely, providing support groups for persons in abusive relationships and providing emotional and personal support services via a 24 hour telephone crisis line offering information and assistance on the subject of domestic violence; Legal advocacy services, namely, assisting victims of domestic violence with preparation of petitions, court forms and other documents required to obtain legal relief from domestic violence, monitoring courtroom procedure and escorting abuse victims to and from court proceedings; Providing information in the field of domestic abuse and violence prevention; Providing case management services, namely, coordinating legal, physical, social and psychological services for domestically abused persons; Providing intervention services, namely, emotional and protective support services for victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault; Safety planning, namely, consulting on personal safety for domestic abuse and sexual assault victims; Hotline services, namely, legal advice, and advice in the field of personal safety, provided via a hotline for victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault
