A software suite for commercial printers, accessible through a web browser-based interface, and comprising: (i) a Raster Image Processor (RIP) converting a printer-user's input data into color-separated files in order to direct a printer's inkjet print heads to deposit a combination of colors on printable media in a correct color-management manner; (ii) analytical software monitoring a printer's efficiency, daily production, production errors, work-place printing conditions; up-time and down-time; (iii) analytical software to monitor a customer's various printers operating at locations throughout the world; and, (iv) analytical software to advise a printer operator when preventative maintenance is required on a printer
