Cannabis sativa L and its derivatives and preparations, namely edible hemp oil, edible oils and fats, edible hemp seed oil, processed seeds for snacks, seed-based snack foods, with none of the aforementioned goods in this Class comprised of Cannabis sativa L, or any oils, extracts or derivatives thereof, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) content of more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis and none of which are comprised of more than a naturally occurring trace amount of cannabidiol (CBD)

Grain based snack foods none of the aforementioned goods in this Class comprised of Cannabis sativa L, or any oils, extracts or derivatives thereof, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) content of more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis

Live hemp plants; hemp seeds for planting; live cannabis plants and cannabis seeds for planting to the extent such plants and seeds; herbs, namely, raw herbs, unprocessed herbs, fresh garden herbs, herb seed for planting; plants, namely, living plants, dried plant, natural plants and flowers; none of the foregoing goods in this Class including Cannabis sativa L with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) content of more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis; and grape vines
