Educational services, namely, administering a scholarship award program that provides a promise of future scholarship payments to pre-collegiate students in order to encourage such students to demonstrate excellence in pre-collegiate academics and participation in pre-collegiate extra-curricular and community activities; and educational financial services, namely, conducting charitable fundraising events to support the aforesaid scholarship award programs and administering scholarship programs for the benefit of those who participate in the aforesaid scholarship award programs; explicitly excluding charitable fundraising for an educational institution
