Internal peripheral device containing a logic board, two removable drive caddies and a front mounted panel switch for selecting between the drives installed in the caddies; the device connects directly to the onboard IDE adapter on the computer motherboard via an 80 wire, 40 pin cable and has the dual function of booting from the selected drive and/or making an image copy from one drive to the other
