Development of performance-enhancing tools for drilling and production operations; providing technical customer support, namely, downhole drilling diagnostics, drilling optimization; participating in forensic investigations, namely, downhole tool failure related to metal fatigue, vibration and drill string harmonics, excluding custom manufacture of motion compensation equipment for drillings
