Unprocessed plants, namely, hemp; live hemp plants intended for subsequent processing; raw and fresh hemp in the forms of flower, trichomes in the nature of kief, broken flower buds in the nature of shake, trimmed off parts of fresh plants, and agricultural seeds; hemp plants, namely, live hemp plants cloned from other live plants, all of the foregoing being Cannabis sativa L. or part of that plant with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis
