Educational services, namely, conducting classes in the care of patients near the end of life to volunteers who provide emotional and social support, comfort and practical assistance to patients near the end of life and sometimes to their family members in hospitals, nursing homes and patients' homes; conducting training services at community institutions in the care of patients near the end of life and their families
