A network of businesses and their customers interacting thru a web site full of promotions and referrals. The DotCom Card, a credit card-sized savings card, allows for discounts and savings at participating merchants. The merchants update their daily specials on the web site and the card holders go to this web site to view current savings from these merchants (local businesses).
