DORRS

Will serve as a platform for the organizational plan that governs the Collection, Consolidation, and Dissemination of Quotation and Transaction Information for Eligible OTC, Private, and Digital Securities traded on Alternative Trading Systems (ATS) and Market Makers. DORRS is responsible for defining critical components essential to this system, which include the Consolidated Last Sale, the Consolidated Quotation, the National Best Bid and Offer (NBBO) price, and Auctions. Its overarching goal is to establish a national quotation system.
