Downloadable computer application software for use by new medical patients having serious chronic conditions for their use on mobile devices, namely, mobile phones, portable media devices, and handheld computers, giving the new patients the ability to contact and receive guidance from another patient as a mentor, providing the new patients with access to mentors' information, calendar information to schedule or review medical visits, medical tests and medical procedures information, a glossary of medical terms, a file of mentors' video clips, including live video, and, by use of GPS technology and voice-recording capability, the ability to locate other patients near them, and to dictate questions for their doctor
