It is an active meditation system that allows the person to direct the thought system to a certain memory of the past; This is much different than meditation in general which asks that you silence your mind; This asks that you take an active role in the direction of your thoughts; thereby knowing that your mind is not randomly going through your thought system; It is DIRECTED by you, and you know what your target thoughts are; This accelerates the meditation, and allows the old thought patterns that have become a nuisance to you; When you completely eliminate the old thought pattern, then you are no longer plagued by the interference of this nuisance thought
