Serve as a consultant to business and industry on the effective management of diversity; Use a systems approach to develop company cultural sensitive diversity management systems; Provide cultural and organizational assessment, conduct surveys and research projects, policy development guidance, education and training via customized curriculums, classes, conferences, lectures, seminar and workshops; Provide enforcement management strategies including complaint investigations and processing, ADR, conflict resolution, and counseling; Provide process and systems effectiveness assessment using company specific measures, quality management techniques, and narrative statistical reports
