providing an educational database that contains information about various diseases, namely, a clinical description of the disease, the consequences to the patient in terms of lifestyle restrictions and medical expense caused by the disease, the cost to the patient in terms of functioning at work or at home; the cost of the disease to society, e.g., the proportion of gross national product allocated health care for the disease; the government regulations and policies pertinent to the disease; the demographics of who is afflicted by the disease, men, women or children, their ages and geographic locations; how the disease is transmitted through the population, from which city to which city or larger area; and a summary or discussion of the more current medical research being done in the field of each disease
