Association services, namely promoting the interests of qualified representatives for the disabled and others engaged with governmental social welfare and insurance programs; promoting public awareness of the need for improvements in governmental disability programs and legal protections for the disabled; promoting public awareness of the need for improvements in governmental disability programs and legal protections for the disabled by means of public advocacy; promoting awareness of equal access to justice.
