Providing temporary use of web and personal computer based non-downloadable software to homeowners and contractors whereby the homeowner takes digital pictures of his structures and property before remodeling; the digital pictures are imported into a software program that creates a visualization of the structure or property will appear after remodeling, including measurements and cost estimates, so that contractors reviewing the pictures are able to advise on construction and implementation of the remodeling project
