Electronic educational materials to assist the diabetic patient in managing the impact of the disease in all of its manifestations, namely, downloadable electronic publications in the nature of manuals and pamphlets; CDs and DVDs featuring information about diabetes and nutrition; Computer hardware, software and computer software Internet platforms for monitoring blood glucose levels, for calculating insulin dosage, for tracking caloric intake, for providing pre-programmed alerts for taking medication via the Internet, on PCs, on servers, or on mobile devices such as smart phones and PDAs, or to be integrated into devices such as insulin pumps, blood glucose meters, or continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) for diabetes management and to assist the diabetic patient in managing the impact of the disease in all of its manifestations; and computer software used to record time and date of recurring personal-health-related incidents, dietary and nutritional patterns, activities, and emotions, for diabetes management purposes; and computer software used to predict patient's future glucose levels

Design and development of computer software; maintenance and updating of computer software; application service provider (ASP), namely, hosting computer software applications for others; providing a website to which patients may upload data from blood sugar meters or other devices such as insulin pumps or continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) for diabetes management purposes
