portable electronic system comprised of a programmable liquid crystal display mounted in a 7" x 7" x 4" weather tight fiberglass enclosure equipped with a clear cover, electronic weather tight cable, computer software, and an electric sensor probe for use in continuous monitoring of the level of liquids and slurries in a tank or vessel where the probe is mounted in the top of the tank or vessel and emits an inverted cone shaped ray from the tip of the probe which measures the time it takes for an emitted ray to return to itself and the result of the information that the probe receives is transferred to the programmable liquid crystal display through the electronic weather tight cable
