Organizing chapters of a Deaf club and promoting the interests of the members thereof; Political action committee services, namely, promoting the interests of Deaf Organizations in the field of politics; Political action committee services, namely, promoting the interests of Deaf Organizations in the field of legal, political and union activism; Promoting public awareness of the need for Deafs; Promoting the interests of Deaf Organizations by means of protests, rallies and lobbying; Providing information regarding political issues, knowing how to vote and knowing how to register to vote
