environmental consultation and chemical laboratory services, namely, analytical fixed based and mobile laboratory chemical analyses, analytical and regulatory information support, data interpretation and validation, development of laboratory and field quality assurance/quality control project plans and programs, and sampling in support of environmental assessments, evaluations, investigations, remediations, monitoring, detecting and analyzing inorganic, organic and radiological trace and gross contaminants in air, surface water, ground water, wastewater, soils, sludge, solids and hazardous and toxic waste; solid and hazardous waste characterization, classification, real estate evaluation of environmental history and status; technical consultation, namely, contaminant source evaluation services, soil sampling services, water sampling services, analytical environmental assessment services, and remediation and evaluation of clean-up cost and strategy services; consulting and obtaining regulatory permits for remediation services; solid and hazardous waste approved site locating services; site investigation and assessment services for municipal, industrial, utility, mining, oil and gas, petrochemical clients, private, public and government agencies (domestic and international) and other individuals, businesses and corporations
