Charitable services, namely, providing training to families and communities in the field of mental health, none of the foregoing comprising (1) Educational services, namely, conducting classes, seminars, conferences, workshops and online training in the fields of dementia care and distribution oftraining materials in connection therewith; Educational services, namely, providing training of care providers and medical personnel for certification in the field of dementia care; or (2) Case management services, namely, coordination of legal, social and psychological services for abused or disturbed children

Charitable services, namely, providing health care services in the nature of mental health therapy services to families and communities, none of the foregoing comprising (1) Educational services, namely, conducting classes, seminars, conferences, workshops and online training in the fields of dementia care and distribution of training materials in connection therewith; Educational services, namely, providing training of care providers and medical personnel for certification in the field of dementia care; or (2) Case management services, namely, coordination of legal, social and psychological services for abused or disturbed children
