CHARITABLE SERVICES, NAMELY, ORGANIZING AND CONDUCTING VOLUNTEER PROGRAMS AND COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS

Charitable services, namely, providing entertainment services in the nature of baseball games and baseball exhibitions to community groups comprised of persons in need, charities and children in need; organizing community sporting events; providing facilities for sports tournaments and for competitions relating to baseball; education services, namely, arranging and conducting seminars, forums, classes, and workshops in the field of baseball and educational programs in the nature of baseball training, youth, player, coaching, skills, sportsmanship and development clinics; recreational services, namely arranging and conducting baseball-related programs in the nature of baseball and softball camps and tournaments; charitable services, namely, providing training in the field of baseball; educational services, namely, providing educational speakers; charitable services, namely, providing baseball and softball-related sports equipment and other sporting goods to children in need
