Electronic, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic system that is aimed at mitigating, reducing, and eliminating combined and sanitary sewer overflows; namely a system composed by electronic and electric devices, namely, microprocessors that retrieve, measure, or detect a parameter, variable, or any measurable condition, detectable event, or information, where each device can transmit via a wireless or wired network information about the retrieved, measured, or detected value to at least one other device, where at least one other device can use said information to command a mechanical and hydraulic system to modify or alter the hydraulic conditions in a combined or sanitary sewer system
