Providing temporary use of online, non-downloadable computer software for the management and tracking of business licenses, business contracts, property tax compliance, commercial, industrial, residential, retail, and multi-family properties and parcels, and tracking and management of property tax assessments, and property tax appeals; software as a service (SAAS) services featuring software for tracking key dates and activities relative to filing appropriate jurisdictional documentation for property tax assessments and appeals including automation and assistance in completing jurisdictionally relevant forms and facilitation and automation of correspondence with customers, ability to generate letters, emails, and provide read-only access to the services so customers can be kept up to date, and provide analytics and reporting related to property tax activity, namely, the ability to report on key metrics for a customer or provide key metrics across all customers utilizing the services
