Promoting public awareness of the benefits of and need for credentialing of nurses and health care education providers, approvers, and programs; accreditation services, namely, evaluating and testing the standards of health care providers for the purpose of certification, and reviewing standards and practices to assure compliance with health care and/or nursing regulations
