Providing halfway homes, temporary housing and emergency shelter services, namely, providing temporary housing, for disadvantaged and/or troubled youth; providing respite care for foster parents, namely, child care services

providing restrictive medical health care; providing psychological and psychotherapy counseling to disadvantaged and troubled youth and their families; providing psychological diagnostic assessments, psychological testing, psychiatric, psychological and behavioral treatment to disadvantaged and troubled youth and their families; providing therapeutic services to disadvantaged and troubled youth and their families
