Healthcare services; human social services in the nature of mental health services, substance abuse treatment services, gambling disorder treatment services and smoking cessation services for Cowlitz Indian Tribe members and other Native American and Alaska Indians

Police and civil protection services for Cowlitz Indian Tribe members; providing information relating to the tribal traditions, culture and language of the Cowlitz Indian Tribe; human social services in the nature of marriage counseling for Cowlitz Indian Tribe members and other Native American and Alaskan Indians
