Making reservations and bookings for transportation for the provision of a digital transportation and logistics marketplace enabling users to arrange, coordinate, and manage third-party transportation and delivery services for goods and individuals via all forms and modes of transport; facilitation of scheduling, dispatching, tracking, and oversight of transport and delivery services through a proprietary online platform and mobile application, wherein transportation services are executed independently by unaffiliated third-party providers; logistical support services including coordination of supply chain operations, freight brokerage, freight forwarding, reverse logistics, and storage of goods; provision of transport-related data, estimated time-of-arrival updates, routing insights, and delivery status through platform-based tools; provision of ancillary promotional and visibility services for third-party transportation providers, including featured listings and advertising placements within the platform; expressly excluding the ownership, operation, or direct provision of transportation vehicles or personnel, and disavowing any employer-agent relationship with transport providers utilizing the platform.
