Providing recreational services, namely, providing outdoor playground activities for practicing the use of walkers, wheelchairs and adapted bikes, providing indoor gym activities for improving strength, coordination, verbal language and cognitive skills and to work on mobility, strength and endurance, balance, coordination and flexibility, providing therapy kitchen activities to assist children in working on feeding, swallowing and simple home skills, providing crafts, providing dress up games, providing play time with developmentally appropriate toys, providing programs for writing to improve fine motor, dexterity and writing skills, including tactile discrimination, hand strengthening, fine motor coordination, visual perception and motor planning, providing pre-driving classes for working on increased cognitive, visual, physical and the social aspects of driving, providing play times for focusing on turn-taking, sharing, greeting, and play skills, providing play groups for building communication skills, and providing bicycling opportunities and training, all for children with physical disabilities and sensory impairments along with chronic and/or acute medical diagnosis; educational services for persons with physical disabilities and sensory impairments along with chronic and/or acute medical diagnosis, namely, driving assessment and driving education courses, training classes for independent living, computer training, academic programs, namely, providing classes in the field of basic education, sports and recreational activities in the nature of pools, horseback riding facilities, wheelchair sports, archery, martial arts, skiing, snowboarding, tennis and hockey for children with physical disabilities and sensory impairments along with chronic and/or acute medical diagnosis; educational services, namely, providing classes in the field of ham radio operation; and Providing recreational and therapeutic facilities for the physically handicapped
