Operation of correctional and detention facilities and justice-related facilities in the nature of temporary detention facilities and legal and administrative courts and tribunals for others; Providing employment counseling and job placement counseling

Providing educational and training services via workshops, presentations and courses in the fields of recidivism reduction, life skills, behavioral change, career counseling, substance abuse awareness and prevention, and reentry into the community after pre-trial supervision, parole, probation or incarceration; educational services, namely, providing courses of instruction at the primary, secondary and university level and in the field of vocational training

Providing work furlough and residential reentry programs for government agencies, namely, providing temporary housing and meal accommodations

Providing rehabilitative services and treatment programs for inmates, detainees, parolees, probationers, and pre-trial defendants, namely, providing mental and physical rehabilitative services and behavioral health services and substance abuse treatment; health care services

Providing work furlough and residential reentry programs for federal, state and county agencies, namely, providing supervision programs in the nature of case management services, namely, coordination of compliance with conditions of release and monitoring services for community-based parolees, probationers, and pre-trial defendants; Case management services, namely, coordination of legal, social and psychological services for parolees, probationers, and pre-trial defendants
