Home health care services, namely, pediatric health care for medically fragile and technology dependent children; Long term nursing services in the field of pediatrics, for clients under a physician's care, to maintain client viability outside of medical institutions; Providing health care services for clients with long-term debilitating medical conditions, syndromes or illnesses; Providing skilled home nursing services for clients under a physician's care who are recovering from surgery, injury or other medical event, requiring periodic medical services in the home, namely, wound care, intravenous drug infusion, infusion therapy, enteral nutrition, chemotherapy care, cardiovascular care, COPD care, pain management, diabetic care, peritoneal dialysis, asthma management, catheter care or other chronic disease management; recruiting, screening, testing, supervising, evaluating, and assigning medical professionals to client care assignments, and planning and implementing medical care assignments to which such medical professionals are assigned
